Amongst his many titles, Esteban Berumen is a Mexican-American soccer player, trainer and coach. By 2004 – at the age of 8 years old, he played in a local under 12 league in Pittsburg, CA. Being the youngest player in the team. In 2008 he joined Diablo Futbol Club (DFC), the team competed at the highest levels. Winning tournaments like Surf Cup and Santa Clara Sporting Invitational, earning a #4 ranking in the country.
Berumen set the bar high for many at Pittsburg High School. His senior year, he scored 31 goals and 14 assists in 22 games. His accomplishments led him to receive a scholarship to play at the collegiate level.
A year later, he went on to study and play at Notre Dame de Namur University, he broke several records and earned back-to-back All-American Honors. He became eligible for the Major League Soccer Draft (MLS) in 2018 and was invited to pre-season with a United Soccer League Team (USL).
As the founder of ThreeSixtyPD, he hopes to apply his experiences and knowledge of the game in all the trainings he offers to athletes. This is where the message behind, “Learn, Improve, Apply” comes from.

Born in San Francisco and raised in the East Bay, Gabe Cienfuegos is no stranger to working with kids. He has an ablility to develop young talented players in their foundation stages of learning.
Living in Contra Costa county his whole life, Gabe has been part of many fun and exciting programs in his 15 year coaching career. Co-founder of Contra Costa Football Club, Current Northgate Varsity Head Coach, and current Diablo Valley Wolves Youth Director. His goal is not only to pass on his love and joy for soccer, but to provide players the confidence they will need to become the best payer that can be.
As Executive Director of Three Sixty Player Development, his focus will be to create opportunities for players of the same community that he grew up in. His programs will allow kids to thrive under professional coaches in professional enviroments. From trainings on the field; to assisting off the field with academics and guidance.

Born and raised in Oceanside, CA, Edgar is a San Diego County native. Following his family heritage of futbol, he excelled in the sport and was scouted from his home club, Vista Storm, by outside clubs such as San Diego Surf and La Jolla Nomads. Edgar is a 4 year Varsity player earning the opportunity to take home CIF Championships 3 years in a row. After high school and youth club soccer he played 1 season for Cal State University Fullerton (NCAA D1) and transferred to Notre Dame de Namur University (NCAA D2), finishing out his collegiate career bringing home 3 PacWest Championships. Shortly after his final season at NDNU he joined Real San Jose in the NPSL and finished his season for San Diego Fusion NPSL.
Following his passion for the game, nearly 15 years ago, he obtained his first coaching assignment from Frank Zimmerman at Oceanside Breakers. In his inaugural season, he coached the team to win their first tournament and finish 2nd in the Coast League. Later that year, he moved to the Bay Area to pursue his Master’s in Social Work in order to follow his dream of building a community program with soccer at its core. Edgar brings insight from personal experience traveling the world and playing soccer. He’s spent more than 14 years in the mental health field, serving the local community of Antioch. Not only has Edgar impacted the soccer community, he’s concurrently served local youth through mental health service programs for Contra Costa County. Edgar offers a unique perspective to the overall development of children, youth and families through the sport of soccer. Edgar’s primary goal with the 360E program will be to inspire youth to live healthy lives, demonstrate leadership and pursue their dreams through the sport of soccer: Learn, Improve, Apply.
